Instead of the standard SN/T 0740-1997 "exports of jute sacks for the inspection."
This standard compared with SN/T 0740-1997, the main changes are as follows.
--- Standard name from the "export of jute sacks for the inspection" to "import and export of jute sacks for the inspection";
--- Standard overall structure of the changes;
--- The scope was revised to apply to the import and export of jute sacks test content;
--- Abolition of the "definitions, symbols" section;
--- The original standard Chapter 4, "technical requirements" and Chapter 5, "test project" merged into Chapter 3, "Requirements", and subdivided into Chapter 3.1
"Appearance quality requirements" and Chapter 3.2 "Internal quality requirements";
--- Sampling program further refined into appearance of the test sample, the size of sacks, needle and thread count density test sample, broken

3 Requirements
3.1 Appearance quality requirements
Jute sacks should look no defects affect the use, there should be following defects (see Appendix A).
Holes, dilute block, warp, weft, weaving wrong, oil, stitched bad, bad seam and the like.
3.2 Internal quality requirements
