Sample extraction with acetone, the polymer solid-phase extraction (SPE), liquid chromatography - mass spectrometry/mass spectrometry, external standard.
5 Reagents and materials
Unless otherwise specified, reagents were HPLC grade water as a water according to GB/T 6682 regulations.
5.1 acetonitrile.
5.2 methanol.
5.3 acetone.

5.5 methanol. water (595 by volume). 5mL of methanol (5.2) and 95mL of water are mixed, shaken thoroughly.
5.6 acetonitrile. water (1090, volume ratio). A 10mL acetonitrile (5.1), and 90mL of water were mixed, shaken thoroughly.
5.7 Mobile phase A. 0.1% formic acid, formic acid taken 250μL (5.4), was dissolved in 250mL of water, through 0.22μm membrane.
