Foreword
This standard was drafted in accordance with GB/T 1.1-2009 given rules.
Instead of the standard SN/T 0422-1995 "export inspection of eggs", SN/T 0517-1995 "export dry egg inspection procedures"
SN/T 0518-1995 "ice egg export inspection procedures."
This standard compared with SN/T 0422-1995, SN/T 0517-1995 and SN/T 0518-1995, the main technical changes are as follows.
--- Increases for raw materials, auxiliary materials, additives, processing of technical requirements;
--- Increasing the quarantine content;
--- Increased physical and chemical and microbiological specifications (this standard appendix A);
--- Increase the fresh eggs, refrigerated fresh eggs, preserved eggs, salted egg sensory test results to determine the provisions (of the Standard Appendix B);
--- Modify the sampling criteria.
