1 Scope
This standard stipulates the requirements for the environment, business methods, commodity identification and testing, operation management and after-sales service of consignment and operation of second-hand watches.

3 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions as defined in SB/T 10689-2012 and SB/T 10902-2012 apply to this document.
3.1

A legal person and a natural person who legally own and enjoy the right to dispose of and are suitable for secondary circulation.
3.2
Consignment management consignment
The consignment store is entrusted by the client to sell the second-hand watches.
4 Environmental requirements of the business premises
4.1 Business environment
The environmental requirements for second-hand watches consignment business premises shall comply with the provisions of Chapter 4 of SB/T 10689-2012.
4.2 Regional division
Second-hand watches and clocks business premises should be clearly divided into functional areas, such as reception areas, commodity identification and testing areas, commodity display areas, and after-sales service areas.
4.3 Testing environment
The environmental requirements for the identification and testing of second-hand watches shall comply with the provisions of GB 50073-2013.
