Foreword

This standard is a revision of SB/T 10281-1997 "Flesh". The main changes in this standard compared with SB/T 10281-1997 are as follows. --- In the "Physical and Chemical Indicators" table, the moisture. the crispy pork is changed from 4% to 6g/100g, and the meat powder pine is changed from 4% to 18g/100g; Fat. Crispy pork is changed from 35% to 30g/100g, and fluffy pine is changed from 30% to 20g/100g; Protein. Floss pine protein was changed from 36% to 28g/100g, and fluffy pine was changed from 14% to 20g/100g; Total sugar. The total sugar of the fleshy pine was changed from 25% to 30g/100g, the fluffy pine was changed from 30% to 35g/100g, and the crispy fluffy pine was changed from 30%. 35g/100g; Starch. meat meal pine is changed from 20% to ≤30g/100g; --- Added "factory inspection judgment"; ---In the "factory inspection judgment" and "type inspection judgment" clause added a "microbiology project has a non-conformity, not Re-inspection, judged as a non-conforming product"; --- Delete the sensory test scoring method for the Flossone product of Appendix A (indicative appendix) in the original standard.
