This specification applies to plastic pipe products used for conveying materials in coal mines. The content not covered by this specification shall comply with the relevant standards.

2 Technical requirements

2.1 Flame retardant performance requirements 2.1.1 When the test specimens are subjected to the flame burning test in accordance with the method of Chapter 3 of this code, when the alcohol torch burner is removed, the fire of each group of 6 test specimens The arithmetic average value of flame combustion shall not be greater than 3s, and the flame afterflame time of any one of the test pieces shall not be greater than 10s. 2.1.2 When the test specimens are subjected to the flame burning test in accordance with the method of Chapter 3 of this code, after the alcohol torch burner is removed, the fire of each group of 6 test specimens The arithmetic average of the star burning time shall not be greater than 20s, and the Mars afterburning time of any one of the test pieces shall not be greater than 60s. Note. If only one of a group of 6 test pieces does not meet the requirements for flame retardancy, a group of 12 test pieces can be taken for retesting, but the combustion test of the second group of test pieces Should all meet the requirements of flame retardant properties. 2.2 Conductivity requirements (specified surface resistance) When the test piece conducts the electrical conductivity test according to the method of Chapter 4 of this code, for plastic pipes of various uses in coal mines, the test The surface resistance value of the inner and outer walls of the test piece must meet. a. Pipes for drainage and water supply. The surface resistance value of the outer wall of the pipe must not be greater than 1 × 109Ω; b. Positive pressure air pipe. the surface resistance value of the outer wall of the pipe must not be greater than 1 × 108Ω; c. Grouting tube. the resistance value of the surface of the tube and the wall must not be greater than 1 × 108Ω; d. Pipes for negative pressure air and gas extraction. The surface resistance of the inner and outer pipes must not be greater than 1 × 106Ω.

3 Alcohol torch flame burning test

3.1 Test principle The test piece is placed on the flame of an alcohol torch burner, and after burning for a prescribed time, the flame or Mars burning time of the test piece is measured. During the test, the change of each test piece should be observed at any time, until any flame or spark on the test piece or dripping object is burned. Off. 3.2 Test device 3.2.1 Combustion enters the alcohol torch from an alcohol container through a transparent plastic hose, and the test device should be placed in a test chamber (see Figure 1) so that Test under low light. The test device is shown in Figure 2. 3.2.2 The fuel should be a mixture of 95% industrial ethanol and 5% methanol. 3.2.3 The chronograph should have a stopwatch with a scale of 0.2s or less, and other automatic timing devices. 3.3 Test piece equipment a. During the test, the test piece should be intercepted on a representative plastic pipe with a length of 600mm and a diameter of not less than 50mm; b. The width of the test piece shall be a circular ring of 25mm, and the two end faces of the ring shall be perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the test tube; c. The number of test pieces is 6. 3.4 Test method 3.4.1 The relative position of the alcohol torch burner and the test piece during the test shall meet the requirements of Figure 2. That is, the test piece shall meet the requirements of Figure 2. Test piece It should be clamped horizontally, and the distance between the lower end surface and the alcohol torch burner is 50mm, and the alcohol torch burner should be placed vertically (see Figure 2). 3.4.2 The flame length of the alcohol torch is 150 ~ 180mm, the flame temperature is 960 ± 60 ℃, and the fuel consumption is 2.55 ± 0.15mL/min. 3.4.3 The height of the liquid surface in the fuel container during the test shall be maintained within a range of 600 ± 20 mm from the burner mouth of the alcohol torch (see Figure 2). 3.4.4 During the test, the test piece is burned in a flame, and the test burn time is 30s. 3.4.5 During the test, the air flow in the test chamber should not affect the test results. 3.5 Operation of alcohol torch burner 3.5.1 The burner of alcohol torch should be placed vertically, close the control valve, check for leaks, inject fuel into the preheating pan, and ignite the preheating The fuel in the pan heats the alcohol torch burner. When the fuel consumption in the preheating pan accounts for about 50% of the total, turn on the alcohol burner burner. Control the valve and let the flame burn for 5 minutes before testing. 3.5.2 After the flame is stable, the temperature of the flame should be 960 ± 60 ℃. The flame temperature should be through a thermocouple or a 0.7mm diameter, long Approximately 100mm of brass wire is used for measurement. When measuring the temperature, place the thermocouple or brass wire at a distance of 50mm from the burner mouth of the alcohol blowtorch. Off (Figure 2). When using brass wire to measure the flame temperature, if the brass wire does not melt within 6s, the flame temperature should be readjusted. 3.6 Test report content a. Identification characteristics of the material (including name, brand, production plant, production date, etc.); b. the size and preparation of the test piece; c. test environment; d. test results; e. other test phenomena (melting, dripping, dripping matter burning); f. Test personnel and date.

4 Conductivity test

4.1 Test principle After the test piece is properly treated, a potential difference (current voltage) is applied between the two areas to determine the current leakage along the surface of the test piece Leakage to determine its corresponding resistance value. 4.2 Preparation of test specimens and test specimens 4.2.1 Test piece size and quantity The length of the test piece shall be 1200mm plastic tube, and the number shall not be less than 3. 4.2.2 Appearance quality of the test piece The surface of the test piece shall be smooth and free from defects such as mechanical damage and impurities. 4.2.3 Clean treatment of test pieces After cleaning the test piece with clean silk cloth or sterilized gauze dipped in distilled water, wipe the test piece with a clean dry cloth piece and place it in a dry place. 4.2.4 Normal handling of test pieces Before the test, place the test piece in an environment with a temperature of 25 ± 5 ℃ and a relative humidity of 60% ~ 70% for at least 2h. 4.3 Test equipment 4.3.1 Electrode materials and dimensions Use an annealed aluminum foil or tin foil with a thickness of not more than 0.02mm as the contact electrode, use a small amount of conductive adhesive as a binder, and use a thickness A copper foil of 0.06 to 0.1 mm is used as an auxiliary electrode and is wrapped around the contact electrode.A copper foil can also be used as a contact electrode of a soft test piece. The width of these electrodes is 25mm, and the edges of the auxiliary electrodes should be smooth. 4.3.2 Test equipment High resistance meter is used, the range is 103 ~ 1010Ω, the test error in the full range should not be greater than ± 5% of the accurate value, the DC power supply voltage For 50 ~ 500V, the electric power consumption in the test specimen should be less than 1w. 4.4 Test conditions 4.4.1 Test voltage. 500 ± 20V, 100 ± 10V, 50 ± 10V. 4.4.2 Test environment. The temperature is 25 ± 5 ℃, and the relative humidity is 60% ~ 70%. 4.5 Test procedure The two electrodes were tightly attached to the surface of the outer wall of the test piece, and covered the outer wall of the tube, with a distance of 1000 mm between the two electrodes (see Figure 3). If the internal resistance of the plastic tube is tested, the two electrodes are closely attached to the surface of the inner wall of the test piece, and the entire length of the inner wall is covered. At a distance of 1000 mm (see Figure 4), connect the two electrodes to the high-resistance meter with leads, and after applying the test voltage for 1 min, read out the measured resistance value and test Do not breathe into the test area during the test, so as to prevent the test specimen from being affected by moisture. Do one test on each of the inner and outer surfaces of the test specimen. 4.6 Test results Each test piece is measured once, and the test result is expressed in ohms (Ω). The value measured each time is recorded and expressed as the arithmetic mean of the measured 3 times.
