This standard is drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009 "Standardization Guideline Part 1. Standard Structure and Compilation". Correct
JB 20013-2004 "Double-cone rotary vacuum dryer" was revised.
This standard replaces JB 20013-2004 "Double-cone rotary vacuum dryer".
Compared with JB 20013-2004, this standard changes the main technical contents except for editorial changes.
a) Removed the following terms from JB 20013-2004.
--- Removed 3, 4.1, 4.2, 6.1.2, 6.2.7, 6.5.1, 7.1.2.
b) Revised the following terms in JB 20013-2004.
--- Revised the normative reference documents and related contents cited by the current standards;
--- Revised material requirements (see 4.2;.2004 version 6.1.1, 6.1.3);
--- Revised the noise indicator (see 4.4.8;.2004 version 6.3.3);
--- Revised the drying strength index and test method (see 4.4.9, 5.4.9, Appendix B,.2004 edition 6.3.2, 7.3.2).
c) Added the following terms.
--- Increased dryer speed index and test method (see 4.4.2, 5.4.2);
--- Increased the safety requirements and test methods for steam inlets of dryers using steam as a heat source (see 4.4.3, 5.4.3);
