1 Scope
This document specifies the test requirements, dry running test, accuracy test, rigidity test and load test of hydraulic cotton baler.
This document applies to hydraulic cotton balers (hereinafter referred to as "balers").

3 Basic requirements
3.1 The test method of the baler should meet the basic requirements of GB/T 19820-2005; the dry running test, accuracy test, and stiffness of the baler
The inspection and load test requirements can be implemented in accordance with the detailed requirements of Chapter 4~Chapter 7.
3.2 See Appendix A for test instruments and tools.

4 Dry run test
4.1 Test requirements
After the packing machine is installed and adjusted, the dry running test is carried out. The running time is not less than 20min.
4.2 Noise inspection
Use a sound level meter to measure the environmental noise first, and then take 6 measuring points at a distance of 1m from the baler and 1.5m from the operating ground to measure the tread pressure and top pressure.
Noise is recorded in Table 1.Take the maximum value as the test result.
