This document complies with the provisions of GB/T 1:1-2020 "Standardization Work Guidelines Part 1: Structure and Drafting Rules of Standardization Documents"
Drafting:
This document replaces GB/T 8564-2003 "Technical Specifications for Installation of Hydrogenerator Sets": Compared with GB/T 8564-2003, except for the structure
In addition to adjustments and editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows:
a) Changed the content of “scope” (see Chapter 1);
b) Added “Terms and Definitions” (see Chapter 3);
c) Chapter 3 "General Provisions" of the:2003 edition has been deleted, and the required content and Chapter 4 "General Provisions" have been merged into one chapter and changed to
"General requirements" (see Chapter 4, Chapter 3 and Chapter 4 of the:2003 edition);
d) Change "Vertical Impact Turbine Installation" to "Vertical Francis Turbine Installation" and delete diagonal flow turbine installation:
Installation content (see Chapter 5, Chapter 5 of the:2003 edition);
e) Added a chapter "Installation of Horizontal Francis Turbine" (see Chapter 6);

k) Added the excitation system and static variable frequency starting device (SFC) installation, commissioning and test content, and revised it to a separate chapter "Excitation system"
