1 Scope

This document specifies the quality requirements, inspection methods, inspection rules, packaging, labeling, transportation and storage of Salvia miltiorrhiza seeds. This document applies to Salvia seed producers, managers and users in the production, harvesting, transportation, sowing, storage and trade of seeds seed quality grading and inspection.

3 Terms and Definitions

The following terms and definitions apply to this document. 3.1 3.2 seed lot Seed populations from the same source, harvested in the same year, and in the same period, with basically the same quality and within the specified quantity. 3.3 seed purity The weight of the net seeds in the seed lot or the test sample accounts for the total weight of the components (net seeds, other plant seeds and impurities) of the test sample percentage.
