Nucleic acid primer probe quality technical requirements
1 Scope
This standard specifies the quality of DNA primer probe evaluation criteria, technical requirements, test methods, packaging, transport and storage requirements.
This standard applies to DNA primer probes and other oligonucleotide products quality evaluation and testing.
2 Normative references
The following documents for the application of this document is essential. For dated references, only the dated version applies to this article
Pieces. For undated references, the latest edition (including all amendments) applies to this document.

3 Terms and definitions
GB/T 19495.1 defined and the following terms and definitions apply to this document.
3.1
Oligonucleotide
A linear polynucleotide fragment of two to thirty nucleotide residues joined by phosphodiester bonds. Oligonucleotides can be self-assembled by the instrument
Into it, it can be used as DNA synthesis primers, gene probes.
NOTE In the use of this term, the number of nucleotide residues is not strictly defined. In many documents, the number of nucleotide residues that contain thirty or more nucleotide residues
Polynucleotide molecules are also referred to as oligonucleotides.
3.2
Primer primer
Synthesized two oligonucleotide sequences, one end of the target gene with a DNA template strand complementary to the other segment and the target gene
The other DNA template strand on the other end is complementary.
3.3
Probe probe
A nucleic acid sequence complementary to the gene of interest with a test signature and sequence known.
3.4
Custom sequence customsequence
Customer supplied DNA sequences and synthesis requirements and other information.
3.5
Custom primers customprimer
Customer-supplied DNA primer sequences and synthesis requirements.
