o) The drying process, metering process and bulk head have been changed (see Chapter 8, Chapter 7 of the.2014 edition);
p) Added continuous mortar mixers, intermittent wet mortar mixers, and dry mortar stacking robots (see Chapter 8);
q) Deleted the toothed trowel (see 8.5 of the.2014 edition);
r) The mortar pump has been modified (see 9.6, 8.10 of the.2014 edition);
s) Added mechanical spraying plastering and mortar combined machine (see Chapter 9);

3 Basic Terminology
3.1
ready-mixed mortar
The mixture is made of cementitious materials, fine aggregates, admixtures and other ingredients determined by performance, which are measured and mixed in proportion in the factory.

wet-mixed mortar
Premixed mortar is added with water in the factory, transported to the place of use by a mixer truck, and used within the specified time.
3.1.2
dry-mixed mortar
Premixed mortar that can be used directly after adding water and mixing at the place of use.

fresh mortar
A mixture that is made by mixing cementitious materials, fine aggregates, admixtures, water, etc. in proportion and stirring them evenly, but has not yet solidified.

hardened mortar
Mortar mixture after solidification and hardening.

ordinary mortar
Premixed mortar that meets the general requirements of masonry, plastering, flooring and other projects.
