This document is in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Guidelines for standardization work Part 1.Structure and drafting rules for standardization documents" Drafting. This document replaces GB/T 31235-2014 "Technical Specification for ±800kV DC Transmission Line Fittings" and GB/T 31235-2014 Compared with the previous version, in addition to structural adjustments and editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows. a) Added a chapter on “Terms and Definitions” (see Chapter 3); b) Added the manufacturing process and rubber requirements for spacer bars (see 5.1); c) Changed the spacer flexibility and clamp parameter requirements (see 5.1, 4.1 of the.2014 edition); d) Added the manufacturing process requirements for suspension clamps (see 5.2); e) The key dimensions and material performance requirements for tension clamps and joint fittings have been changed (see 5.3, 4.3 of the.2014 edition); f) The requirements for the manufacturing process of connection fittings such as U-shaped hanging rings and right-angle hanging plates have been changed (see 5.5, 4.5 of the.2014 edition); g) Added the recommended material and material performance requirements for connection fittings in low temperature operating environments (see 5.5); h) Added the requirements for pre-twisted wires of pre-twisted anti-vibration hammers (see 5.7); i) The material properties requirements for steel strands have been changed (see 5.7, 4.7 of the.2014 edition); j) Deleted Table 3 “Items and quantities of ±800kV DC line fittings test” (see Chapter 7 of the.2014 edition). 1 Scope
