4 Reagents
Unless otherwise indicated in the analysis using only recognized as analytical grade reagents and distilled or deionized water or equivalent purity water.
4.1 sulfuric acid solution, c 12H2SO

4.2 Phenolphthalein - ethanol solution, c (C20H14O4) = 10g/L.
4.3 Sodium hydroxide solution, c (NaOH) = 10mol/L.
4.4 Sodium hydroxide solution, c (NaOH) = 1mol/L.
4.5 chloroform, ρ20 = 1.48g/mL, distillation range 59.5 ℃ ~ 61.5 ℃.
4.6 acidic mixed indicator, according to GB/T 5173 preparation and calibration.
4.7 Su benzyl chloride bromide (Hamming 1622) standard solution, c (C27H42ClNO2 · H2O) = 0.004mol/L, according to GB/T 5173 and preparation
