1 Scope

This document specifies the requirements for the equipment of energy metering instruments and the management requirements for energy metering instruments in energy-consuming units in the building materials industry. This document applies to enterprises with independent legal status and energy-consuming units with independent accounting capabilities in the building materials industry.

4 Requirements for the equipment of energy metering instruments

4.1 Types and scope of energy measurement 4.1.1 The types of energy should comply with national statistical laws, regulations and relevant standards, including primary energy, secondary energy, alternative fuels and Energy carrying fluid. Note. Primary energy refers to energy obtained from nature without any processing, change or conversion, such as raw coal, crude oil, natural gas, biomass energy, hydropower, nuclear energy, etc. And solar energy, geothermal energy, tidal energy, wind energy, ocean energy, etc. Secondary energy refers to other types or forms of energy obtained by processing or conversion of primary energy, including gas, coke, gasoline, kerosene, diesel, heavy Oil, electricity, hydrogen, etc. Alternative fuels refer to combustibles that are used as heat sources in the production of building materials industry to replace traditional fossil fuels.
