Determination of plant pollen in honey
1 Scope
This standard specifies the method for determination of the content of honey and pollen concentration.
This standard applies to honey, honey products are not included.
2 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this standard.
2.1
Accession by the vegetative cells of a male and a ~ 2 germ cells of flowering plants.
2.2
Worker bees collecting pollen, nectar and saliva substance formed after mixing.
Note. Including the worker bees collecting powder form aggregates and artificial crushed processed form.
2.3
Bees collect nectar, honeydew secretions or plant, combined with their own secretions after by fully brewed natural sweet substance.
Principle 3
Softening with acetic acid contents of pollen in honey, a mixture of acetic anhydride and sulfuric acid decomposition and then softening inclusions, pollen and the outer wall of the hole

Unless otherwise indicated, the reagents used were of analytical grade, water is distilled or deionized water.
