1 Scope
This standard specifies the hydrological information, technical regulations, and other flood forecasting hydrological information and forecasting services.
This standard applies to the territory of the People's Republic of China and hydrological information and forecasting activities.

3 Terms and Definitions
Terms and definitions GB/T 50095 apply to this standard established.
4 General
4.1 refers to the pre-hydrological information and forecasting of hydrological factors in rivers, lakes, channels, reservoirs and other water bodies in real time reports and future situation
Reported, involving water resources development, utilization, conservation and protection of aquatic environment monitoring, etc., shall include the following.
