3.1 Product Classification The regenerated lead and lead alloy ingot are divided into seven grades according to the chemical composition. ZSPb99.994, ZSPb99.992, ZSPbSb1, ZSPbSb2, ZSPbCa, ZSPbSn1, ZSPbSn2. 3.2 Chemical composition 3.2.1 Regeneration of lead and lead alloy ingot chemical composition should be consistent with the provisions of Table 1. 3.2.2 When the demand side of the alloy elements and impurities have special requirements, the supply and demand sides can be negotiated to determine. 3.2.3 The content of lead (Pb) is 100% minus the balance of the actual sum of the other elements listed in Table 1. 3.3 Physical specifications 3.3.1 Regenerated lead and lead alloy ingot for the long trapezoidal, the bottom of a bundle of grooves, both ends of the protruding ears. 3.3.2 per single weight can be 48kg ± 2kg, 40kg ± 2kg, 24kg ± 1kg, or by the supply and demand sides to determine. 3.3.3 demand side of the lead and lead alloy ingot specifications of the shape of the special requirements, both agreed by the supply and demand. 3.3.4 Regenerated lead and lead alloy ingot surface shall not have slag, cave, granular oxide, inclusions and foreign pollution; no cold separation, no Flying burr greater than 10mm (allowed to trim).

4 test method

4.1 The chemical composition of regenerated lead and lead alloy ingot The arbitration analysis method shall be carried out according to the provisions of GB/T 4103 (all parts) Approved analytical methods are carried out. 4.2 Surface quality of recycled lead and lead alloy ingots was visually inspected.

5 inspection rules

5.1 inspection and acceptance 5.1.1 Regenerated lead and lead alloy ingot shall be inspected by the technical supervision department of the supplier to ensure that the product quality conforms to this standard or the order form Same) and fill in the quality certificate. 5.1.2 The purchaser shall respond to the products received in accordance with the provisions of this standard, such as the inspection results with the provisions of this standard or order (or contract) In case of discrepancy, it shall be made to the supplier within 15 days from the date of receipt of the product, and shall be resolved by consultation between the supplier and the purchaser. For arbitration, arbitration is sampling on demand Supply and demand sides jointly. 5.2 batches 5.2.1 Regenerated lead and lead alloy ingot shall be submitted in batches. Each batch shall consist of the same smelting product. The batch shall not be more than 120t. 5.2.2 According to the needs of the demand side, allowing the same number of multiple production batches to form a inspection lot, batch requirements on demand. 5.3 Test items Each batch of regenerated lead and lead alloy ingots shall be tested for chemical composition and surface quality. 5.4 Arbitration sampling and sample preparation 5.4.1 Arbitration Sampling Quantity. 2% of the recycled lead and lead alloy ingot is taken as the ingot, and the total number of ingots should be a multiple of 6 for grouping. Less than 6 tablets after the group should be from the lead and lead alloy ingot in the make up, but not discarded. 5.4.2 Arbitration sampling method. the extraction of the ingot according to every six ingots as a group. Take a sample by drilling or sawing. When drilling or sawing, Do not use any lubricant at a rate that does not oxidize the sample. Sampling should be removed when the skin, drill, saw depth of not less than two-thirds thicker. details as follows. a) Drilling method. with a diameter of 10mm ~ 15mm bit sampling, the casting surface A and bottom B in order arranged in a rectangular, long Square on the two diagonal, and each longitudinal center line intersect the two points for the ingot sampling points, as shown in Figure 1. b) Sawing method. Saw blade in the vertical lead and lead alloy ingot vertical, through the drilling method of sampling point transverse sawing. 5.4.3 Preparation of the sample. the obtained sample is not made more than 4mm chip-like, with the magnet in addition to net processing into the iron filings, carefully mixed With a quartile reduced to not less than 360g, as an analysis of samples of arbitration. Fig.1 Borehole diagram of regenerated lead and lead alloy ingot 5.5 test results to determine 5.5.1 Impurity element test results of the repair and repair after the value of the representation and determination, according to the provisions of GB/T 8170. 5.5.2 The results of the arbitration analysis of the chemical composition of lead and lead alloy ingot are not in accordance with the provisions of this standard or the order (or contract) qualified. 5.5.3 The physical specifications and surface quality of the regenerated lead and lead alloy ingots do not meet the requirements of this standard or the order form (or contract) qualified. 6 Marking, packing, storage, transport and quality certificates 6.1 mark 6.1.1 Each grade of recycled lead and lead ingot shall be cast or printed on the lot, lot number and trade mark. 6.1.2 Each bundle of recycled lead and lead alloy ingots shall be marked with a striking scale, indicating the name of the manufacturer, product name, grade, lot number And net amount. 6.2 Packaging 6.2.1 Each bundle of products with the appropriate strength and not easy to corrode the packaging with strapping packaging. 6.2.2 demand side of the product packaging has special requirements, the two sides agreed by the supply and demand. 6.3 Transport and storage 6.3.1 Recycled lead and lead alloy ingots are transported by means of non-corrosive substances to prevent rain. 6.3.2 Regenerated lead and lead alloy ingots shall be stored in a warehouse of ventilated, dry and non-corrosive substances. 6.3.3 Regenerated lead and lead alloy ingot In the process of transport and storage, the surface of the white, gray or yellow-white film, by the natural lead Oxidation of the nature of the decision, not for scrapping basis. 6.4 Certificate of Quality Each batch of recycled lead and lead alloy ingots should be accompanied by a quality certificate, which states. a) supplier name and trademark, address, telephone or fax; b) product name and grade; c) lot number; d) net weight and number of pieces; e) analysis of test results and technical supervision department mark; f) this standard number; g) factory date. 7 order (or contract) content The order (or contract) of the products listed in this standard shall include the following. a) product name; b) grade; c) chemical composition, physical specifications, surface quality and other special requirements; d) quantity; e) the number of this standard; f) other.
