Foreword
This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.
This standard replaces GB/T 16315-1996 "printed circuit with a limited flammability of copper clad polyimide glass cloth laminate" and
GB/T 16317-1996 "multi-layer printed circuit with a limited flammability of the copper-clad polyimide glass cloth laminate," and
GB/T 16315-1996 and GB/T 16317-1996 compared to the main technical changes are as follows.
--- CPIGC-61F glass transition temperature from.200 ℃ to.200 ℃ ~ 250 ℃ (see Table 1);
--- Increased 915mm × 1220mm, 1020mm × 1220mm, 1065mm × 1280mm, 1065mm ×
1155mm, 1220mm × 1245mm five recommended board size specifications (see Table 2);
--- Increased 0.05mm ~ 0.10mm, 0.10mm ~ 0.15mm, 0.15mm ~ 0.30mm, 0.3mm ~ 0.5mm four
Nominal thickness specifications; Increased C-class thickness tolerances for various nominal thickness specifications in the 0.05 mm to 6.4 mm range
