Foreword
This standard was drafted in accordance with GB/T 1.1-2009 given rules.
This standard replaces GB/T 15748-1995 "marine metal galvanic corrosion test methods for materials," compared with the GB/T 15748-1995,
The main technical changes are as follows.
--- Increase the scope of use (see Chapter 1);
--- Increasing the galvanic corrosion meter (see Chapter 4); an increase in natural seawater (see 5.1);
--- Increasing the placement of the sample different area ratio (see 6.2);
--- Modify the number of samples in parallel (see 34, 1995 version 3.4.);
--- Modify the seal-like manner (see 61, 1995 version 6.1.);
--- Modified dual immersion in a solution of the sample position (see 6.2, 1995 edition 6.2).
The standard proposed by China Shipbuilding Industry Corporation.
This standard by the National Standardization Technical Committee of marine vessels marine materials application process Technical Committee (SAC/TC12/SC4)
Centralized.
This standard was drafted. China Shipbuilding Industry Corporation seventh twenty-five Research Institute, Beijing University of Technology.
The main drafters of this standard. Wang Weiwei, Guo Weimin, Hou Jian, Cheng Wenhua, Xiaogang, Ducui Wei.
This standard replaces the standards previously issued as follows.
--- GB/T 15748-1995.
Marine metal galvanic corrosion test methods for electrical materials
1 Scope
This standard specifies the sample preparation Marine galvanic corrosion of metallic materials testing, test equipment, test conditions, test procedures and test results
Evaluation methods.
This standard applies to two different marine laboratory metal electrodes in an artificial sea water, natural sea water or 3.5% sodium chloride solution
Connected state galvanic corrosion test. For marine engineering and other industrial equipment galvanic corrosion of metallic materials under test conditions and the electrical field
Galvanic corrosion test can also refer to use.
2 Normative references

3 Sample preparation and
Chemical composition and properties, heat treatment status 3.1 Test materials shall comply with relevant product standards and relevant technical documents.
3.2 Sample size is 100mm × 30mm × (2 ~ 4) mm. Due to special requirements, the sample may be a different size, but at the same time test
The sample size should be the same.
3.3 sample prepared by machining, surface roughness according to GB/T 1031, Ra maximum allowable value of 3.2μm. Sample surface shape
State, or other available machining methods prepared. Specimens shall be in accordance with GB/T 6384 Ex-oil and dried, weighed to the nearest 0.1mg.
3.4 Even on a sample of at least three parallel, at the same time there should be comparative sample 3 uncoupled.
3.5 at one end of the specimen steel prefix marking as an identification mark.
4 Test Instruments
Test instruments include.
a) zero resistance ammeter, galvanic corrosion measurement instrument or can be connected to zero resistance circuit potentiostat;
b) constant temperature water bath;
c) a glass beaker;
d) a saturated calomel electrode.
5 Test conditions
5.1 The test solution is natural seawater, artificial seawater (see Appendix A) or 3.5% sodium chloride solution pH7 ~ pH8, wherein the artificial sea
Water and sodium chloride solution prepared from the analytical chemical reagents and distilled water from natural seawater after sedimentation or filtration should be used as a test solution should be measured
Salinity and pH value of the amount of natural seawater.
