This standard and GB/T 11159-1989 main changes are as follows.
a) increase the "Terms and Definitions" chapter;
b) environmental conditions in expanding the scope of atmospheric pressure (see 4.1);
c) increasing the chamber pressure 0.1kPa predetermined value a value (Table 1);
d) increase the dielectric strength requirements (see 5.3.1).
