Compared with GB 4706.10-2008, in addition to structural adjustments and editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows.
a) Added instructions for live parts of foot massagers using water (see 8.1.4);
b) Added the requirements for accessible surface temperature rise (see 11.3);
c) The temperature rise limit for the specified external accessible surface is added, and the original note is converted into a normative clause (see 11.8);
d) Added stability requirements for hand-held appliances (see 20.1);
