Preface
This document is in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Guidelines for standardization work Part 1.Structure and drafting rules for standardization documents"
Drafting.
This document replaces GB 29444-2012 "Limits of energy consumption per unit product in underground coal mining" and GB 29445-2012 "Limits of energy consumption per unit product in underground coal mining"
Compared with GB 29444-2012 and GB 29445-2012, in addition to structural adjustments and editorial changes,
In addition to the dynamic, the main technical changes are as follows.
a) The definition of “energy consumption per unit product of coal mining” has been changed (see 3.1, 3.1 of GB 29444-2012, 3.2 of GB 29445-2012).
3.1);
b) The terms “main production energy consumption” and “auxiliary production energy consumption” have been deleted (see 3.6, 3.7,
3.8 and 3.4, 3.5, 3.6 of GB 29445-2012);
c) Added the definition of “open-pit raw coal production” (see 3.4);
d) Added energy consumption quota levels per unit product for coal mining (see Chapter 4);
e) The technical requirements for advanced values of energy consumption per unit product for underground coal mining enterprises (see 4.3 of GB 29444-2012) have been deleted;
f) Deleted the technical requirements for advanced values of energy consumption per unit product for open-pit coal mining (see 4.3 of GB 29445-2012);
g) Deleted the relevant content of energy-saving management and measures (see Chapter 6 of GB 29444-2012 and Chapter 7 of GB 29445-2012).
Chapter 6).
Please note that some of the contents of this document may involve patents. The issuing organization of this document does not assume the responsibility for identifying patents.
This document is proposed and coordinated by the National Standardization Administration.
This document was first published in.2012.This is the first revision. GB 29444-2012 "Energy per unit product of underground coal mining"
Consumption Limit" is incorporated.
Energy consumption limit per unit product of coal mining
1 Scope
This document specifies the level, technical requirements, statistical scope and calculation of the energy consumption per unit product (hereinafter referred to as “energy consumption”) of coal mining.
Calculation method.
This document is applicable to the calculation and assessment of unit product energy consumption of coal mining enterprises and energy consumption control of newly built enterprises.
2 Normative references
The contents of the following documents constitute the essential clauses of this document through normative references in this document.
For referenced documents without a date, only the version corresponding to that date applies to this document; for referenced documents without a date, the latest version (including all amendments) applies to
This document.
GB/T 2589 General rules for calculation of comprehensive energy consumption
GB/T 12723 General rules for the compilation of energy consumption limits per unit product
GB/T 28398 Statistics on energy consumption of coal enterprises
3 Terms and Definitions
The terms and definitions defined in GB/T 12723 and the following apply to this document.
3.1
The total amount of various energy sources consumed in producing one ton of raw coal during the statistical period, converted according to the prescribed calculation method and units.
3.2
The sum of the main production energy consumption and auxiliary production energy consumption converted into standard coal during the statistical period.
[Source. GB/T 28398-2012, 3.6]
3.3
The sum of mining output, tunneling output and other output of the mine during the statistical period.
3.4
The sum of coal mining stage output, stripping stage output and other open-pit output during the statistical period.
4 Energy consumption limit levels
The energy consumption limit per unit product of coal mining is divided into three levels, among which level 1 has the lowest energy consumption.
Meet the requirements of Table 1.
