Foreword
This standard replaces GB 2733-2005 "fresh, frozen aquatic animal health standards."
Compared with this standard GB 2733-2005, the main changes are as follows.
--- standard name was changed to "national food safety standards for fresh and frozen aquatic animal";
--- modify the range;
--- modify the sensory requirements;
--- modify the physical and chemical indicators;
--- increased shellfish toxin limit;
--- modify the pesticide residues;
--- increased veterinary drug residue limits.

Fresh, frozen aquatic animal
1 Scope
This standard applies to fresh, frozen aquatic animal, including sea products and fresh products.
2 Technical Requirements
2.1 Sensory requirements
Sensory requirements shall comply with the requirements in Table 1.

2.5 pesticide residues and veterinary drug residue limits
2.5.1 pesticide residues shall comply with the provisions of GB 2763.
2.5.2 veterinary drug residue limits should conform to relevant regulations and announcements.
2.6 Food Additives
The use of food additives should comply with the provisions of GB 2760.
3 Other
3.1 shellfish, freshwater crabs, turtle, turtle, eel processing should live, frozen products should be washed (slaughter or shell) in a frozen state of the living body.
