Foreword

This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009. This standard replaces CY/T 86-2012 "Regular Inspection Parameters of Read-Only Optical Disc Templates", and the main technical changes compared with CY/T 86-2012 as follows. --Updated the standards in the normative references, and added the read-only Blu-ray Disc (BD) industry standards (see Chapter 2,.2012 Edition Chapter 2); --Added BD-ROM template information format (see Chapter 4); -Increased the mechanical parameters and surface quality requirements of BD templates for read-only optical discs (see Table 1); --- Added the electrical signal parameter requirements of the read-only optical disc BD template (see 5.2.3); --- Added the optical head requirements for BD template detection of read-only optical discs (see 6.3.2). This standard was proposed by the National Press and Publication Administration. 1 Scope

This standard specifies the testing of templates for CD-DA, CD-ROM, VCD, DVD-ROM, DVD-Video, BD-ROM and other read-only optical disc production Parameters and detection methods. This standard applies to the quality of templates for the production of CD-DA, CD-ROM, VCD, DVD-ROM, DVD-Video, BD-ROM and other read-only optical discs Management and quality inspection.

3 Terms and definitions

The following terms and definitions apply to this document. 3.1 Template stamper Nickel discs converted from glass master discs, used to replicate finished discs. Note. Rewrite GB/T 17933-2012, definition 6.2. 3.2 Stamper hardness The ability of the stencil metal material to resist hard objects pressed into its surface is expressed in Vickers hardness (HV). Note. Use a load within 120kg and a diamond square cone indenter with an apex angle of 136° to press into the surface of the material, and divide the surface area of the material indentation pit by the load The value is the Vickers hardness (HV) value (N/mm2). 3.3 Roughness The non-information surface of the template has a small distance and the microscopic geometric shape error composed of peaks and valleys. The unit is µm. 3.4 Nodules The bumps on the non-information surface of the template caused by the electroforming process. 3.5 Pollution stains Smudges attached to the template. 3.6 Template information stamper information The general term for the format information and content information recorded in the template. 3.7 Physical defect A general term for visible defects such as bright spots, dark spots, pinholes, scratches, and dents on the template. 4 Information format of CD-ROM template The format of the read-only optical disc template information should meet the following standard requirements. --CD-DA template information format should meet the requirements of GB/T 17576-2011, GB/T 33663-2017; --The format of the CD-ROM template information should meet the requirements of GB/T 16969-1997 and GB/T 33663-2017; --VCD template, DVD-Video template, DVD-ROM template information format should meet the requirements of GB/T 33663-2017; --The format of the BD-ROM template information should meet the requirements of CY/T 108-2014. 5 Conventional testing parameter requirements for read-only optical disc templates 5.1 Mechanical parameters and surface quality requirements The mechanical parameters of the template should meet the requirements of Table 1. The surface quality of the template should meet the requirements of Table 2. 5.2 Electrical signal parameters 5.2.1 Electrical signal parameters of CD-DA, CD-ROM and VCD templates for read-only optical discs The electrical signal parameters of CD-DA, CD-ROM, and VCD templates for read-only optical discs shall meet the requirements of Table 3. 5.2.2 Electrical signal parameters of DVD-Video and DVD-ROM templates for read-only optical discs The electrical signal parameters of DVD-Video and DVD-ROM templates for read-only optical discs shall meet the requirements of Table 4. 5.2.3 Electrical signal parameters of read-only optical disc BD-ROM template The electrical signal parameters of the read-only optical disc BD-ROM template shall meet the requirements of Table 5.

6.1 Test conditions 6.1.1 Testing environment Unless otherwise specified, all tests should be carried out in the following environment. --Temperature. 21℃～25℃; --Relative humidity. 45%～55%; --Air pressure. 86kPa～106kPa. Store in this environment for no less than 2h before testing, and no condensation is allowed on the template. 6.1.2 Storage environment Template storage should avoid high temperature and high humidity, and long-term storage should be covered with film. 6.2 Detection speed The detection of each parameter in the detection parameters should be carried out at 1x speed. 6.3 Testing equipment 6.3.1 Requirements for testing equipment Instruments approved by the national quality and technical supervision department should be used for template testing. 6.3.2 Optical head parameters of the testing instrument 6.3.2.1 Optical head parameter requirements for CD-ROM, VCD, CD-DA template detection The wavelength is 780 nm ± 10 nm, circularly polarized light, and the numerical aperture is 0.45 ± 0.01. 6.3.2.2 Optical head requirements for DVD-Video and DVD-ROM template detection The wavelength is 650 nm ± 5 nm, circularly polarized light, and the numerical aperture is 0.6 ± 0.01. 6.3.2.3 Optical head requirements for BD-ROM template inspection The wavelength is 405 nm ± 5 nm, circularly polarized light, and the numerical aperture is 0.85 ± 0.01. 6.4 Detection method 6.4.1 The surface quality of the template After removing the protective film on the stencil surface, under a halogen lamp, visually inspect the stencil surface. 6.4.2 Inspection of mechanical parameters and electrical characteristic parameters of the template 6.4.2.1 Before removing the protective film, use a testing instrument to test the roughness of the non-information surface of the template. 6.4.2.2 After removing the protective film, use a testing instrument to test the mechanical and electrical parameters of the template information surface.
