This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.
This standard replaces GB/T 3629-2006 "tantalum and tantalum alloy sheet, strip and foil."
This standard compared with GB/T 3629-2006, the following major changes.
--- Added grades TaNb40, TaW10 and related requirements (see 3.1);
--- Modify the product classification requirements (see 3.1,.2006 version 3.1);
--- Modify the chemical composition of the product requirements (see 3.3,.2006 version 3.3);
--- Modify the product size and tolerance (see 3.4,.2006 version 3.4);
--- Increase and modify the mechanical properties of products (see 3.5,.2006 version 3.5);
--- Increased Vickers hardness requirements of Ta1, Ta2 materials (see 3.6);
--- Increasing the product grain size requirements (see 3.7);
--- Modify the test methods and inspection rules (see Chapter 4 and Chapter 5,.2006 Edition Chapter 4 and Chapter 5).
