Replace GB/T 17642-2008
Foreword
This document is in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Guidelines for standardization work Part 1.Structure and drafting rules for standardization documents"
Drafting is required.
This document replaces GB/T 17642-2008 Geosynthetics Nonwoven Fabric Composite Geomembrane and is compatible with GB/T 17642-2008
In comparison, in addition to structural adjustments and editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows.
a) Two new product classification methods have been added. by base material and by composite process (see 4.1);
b) Product specifications are specified according to the substrate process, and the recommendation of filament spunbond needle-punched nonwoven composite geomembrane products is added
Specifications (see 4.2);
c) The product code has been changed (see 4.3, 3.3 of the.2008 edition);
d) Added three assessment indicators. "average thickness of membrane material", "CV value of unit area mass of finished product", and "ash content of membrane material"; deleted "vertical
"Vertical permeability coefficient assessment index"; "Vertical and horizontal standard strength corresponding to elongation" is changed to "Vertical and horizontal maximum load elongation",
The width deviation index requirements have been changed (see 5.2.1, 4.2.1 of the.2008 edition);
e) Added one reference indicator, “acid and alkali resistance” (see Table 2 and Table 3);
f) The specifications of short-fiber needle-punched nonwoven geomembrane composites have been changed (see 4.2.1 and Table 2, 3.2 and Table 1 of the.2008 edition);
g) Added the specifications and corresponding strength index requirements of filament spunbond needle-punched nonwoven geotextile composite geomembrane (see Table 3);
h) Added the assessment of broken needle residue in the appearance defect assessment (see Table 4);
i) The number of samples to be re-tested when the appearance quality fails to meet the standards has been changed (see 7.5.2, 6.3 of the.2008 edition);
j) Added factory inspection, type inspection and inspection items (see 7.1.1, 7.1.2 and 7.2).
