The ratio of motor peak power to total power is less than 10%. 4.3 By external charging capacity 4.3.1 Off-vehicle chargeable hybrid electric vehicle A hybrid electric vehicle designed to take electrical energy from off-board devices under normal use. 4.4 By choice of driving mode 4.4.1 Hybrid electric vehicle with selection switch Hybrid electric vehicles with manual selection of driving modes. Vehicle selectable driving modes include engine mode, pure electric mode and hybrid mode. 4.4.2 Hybrid electric vehicle without selective switch Hybrid electric vehicles that do not have driving mode manual selection functions.
