1 Scope

This Standard specifies the adoption and changing rules and methods of automotive product drawing and design document. This Standard is applicable to the adoption and changing of the automotive product drawing and design document (hereinafter referred to as drawing and document).

2 Normative References

The following documents are essential to the application of this document. For the dated documents, only the versions with the dates indicated are applicable to this document; for the undated documents, only the latest version (including all the amendments) are applicable to this document. 3 Terms and Definitions

For the purpose of this Standard, the following terms and definitions given in QC/T 18 apply. 3.1 Affecting interchange The parts/components before and after change can’t be replaced, such as the structure, function and color, etc. 3.2 Required preparation Changes require the production preparation to be achieved.

4 Adoption and Changing Rules

4.1 General rules 4.1.1 The notice is used as the basis for adopting and changing drawing and document. When it is necessary to prepare, the notice is used as the basis for production preparation, production plan adjustment, and coordination of supporting production relationships. The adoption and changing of drawing and document shall be filled in notice for adoption and changing of automotive product drawing and document (hereinafter referred to as notice). 4.1.2 The changing of the drawing and document shall meet the requirements for product design. The changed drawing and document shall be correct, complete, uniform and clear. 4.1.3 All drawings and documents for new product production preparation shall be adopted at one time. 4.1.4 All drawings and documents involved in a change item shall be changed in sets. 4.1.5 When changing the drawing, the drawing of the same code in different storage forms shall be changed correspondingly, so that ensure the consistency of the same code drawing in different places for use. 4.1.6 The change items that need to be prepared and can be realized independently shall be divided into the smallest units that are put into production separately, and the notices shall be prepared separately. 4.1.7 The adoption and changing of the drawing and document in the trial production stage are expressed by the turns of product trial productions and drawing changing sequence. 4.1.8 Temporary problems (such as incorrect processing dimensions, material substitution, etc.) related to the drawing and document in the formal production do not need to fill in the notice and change the drawing; other methods can be adopted to deal with. 4.2 Number-changing rules 4.2.1 When changing item does not affect the interchange, there is no need to change the drawing number. 4.2.2 When new products are put into production preparation, if drawing and document needs to be replaced or changed, it does not consider whether it affects the interchange. B.2.1 “Category and number” block. B.2.1.1 When adopting drawing and document, this block shall be filled with category of drawing and document. When the category of drawing and document appears multiple times in the same notice, it shall be filled in only once. B.2.1.2 When changing the drawing and document, this block shall be filled with the number of drawing and document. B.2.1.3 When the changed drawing number is not in the main title block, write [see XXX] under the drawing number in this block; thereof, the content in the square brackets is the drawing number in the main title block of this drawing. B.2.2 “Before change” block. B.2.2.1 Fill the content before change in this block; including the number of drawing and document before change. B.2.2.2 When the changed drawing number is not in the main title block, it shall be as specified in B.2.1.3. B.2.3 “After change” block. B.2.3.1 Fill the content after change in this block; including the number of drawing and document before change. If it is required to make the drawing after the change of the part, then only main view and partial diagram can be drawn; and indicate [other views are changed correspondingly]. B.2.3.2 When the changed drawing number is not in the main title block, it shall be specified as B.2.1.3. B.2.4 “Organization name” block. Fill in the name and code of the design organization. B.2.5 “Number” column. Fill in the notice number. B.2.6 “Page number” block. Fill in the total number and page number of the notice with the same number. B.2.7 “Mark” block. B.2.7.1 Fill in the change mark of the drawing and document. B.2.7.2 Change marks are filled in order according to the change order, such as a, b, ......
