1 Scope

This Standard specifies the product classification, requirements, test methods, inspection rules and marking, packaging, transportation and storage of skin tonic. This Standard applies to water-based skin care products that supplement the water needed by the skin and protect the skin.

Take it out after 24h, restore to room temperature and examine visually. 5.3.2 Cold-resistant 5.3.2.1 Instrument Constant temperature incubator: the temperature shall be controlled at ±1°C. 5.3.2.2 Operation procedure Adjust the constant temperature incubator to (5 ± 1) °C in advance; and place a bottle of the completely-packaged specimen in the constant temperature incubator. Take it out after 24h, restore to room temperature and examine visually. 5.3.3 pH It shall be tested according to the method specified in GB/T 13531.1 (direct measurement method). 5.3.4 Relative density It shall be tested according to the method specified in GB/T 13351.4. 5.4 Deviation of net content It shall be tested according to the method specified in 6.1.1 of JJF 1070-2000.
