The critical temperature is generally not higher than -50°C. 3.7 geometric volume The internal volume of the inner container determined according to the designed geometric dimensions, minus the volume occupied by the internal parts. 3.8 effective volume In the state of use, the maximum volume of refrigerated liquefied gas allowed by the inner container. 3.9 equivalent pressure The pressure that the tank is subjected to under normal transport conditions due to the action of the inertial force load of the medium. 3.10 filling rate The ratio of the liquid volume of the tanker filled with refrigerated liquefied gas to the geometric volume of the inner container.4 Qualification and responsibilities4.1 Qualification 4.1.1 The design, manufacture, inspection and acceptance of tankers shall not only comply with the provisions of this Standard, but also comply with the relevant laws, regulations and safety technical specifications promulgated by the state. 4.2 Responsibilities 4.2.1 User or design client The user or the design client shall submit the tanker design conditions to the design unit in formal written form. Design conditions include at least the following. 4.2.2 Designer 4.2.2.1 The designer shall complete the vehicle design based on the contents of the risk assessment report, and shall be responsible for the correctness and completeness of the design documents. 4.2.2.2 The management and use of the special seal for design shall meet the requirements of TSG R0005. 4.2.2.3 The designer shall keep all the design documents within the design service life of the tanker. 4.2.3 Manufacturer 4.2.3.7 The tanker shall pass the type test and related tests of the testing agency approved by the competent department or the approved test agency according to the model, and obtain the corresponding qualification certificates. 4.2.3.8 The manufacturer shall keep at least the following technical documents for reference within the design service life of each tanker it manufactures.5 Materials5.1 General requirements 5.1.1 The selection of materials shall consider the mechanical properties, physical properties, process properties and compatibility with the medium of the material. 5.1.2 For materials that may be in contact with oxygen or an oxygen-enriched environment, their compatibility with oxygen shall comply with the provisions of GB/T 31481. 5.2 Tank material 5.2.1 The material selected for the tank shall comply with the provisions of GB/T 150.2 and the corresponding national standards and industry standards. When selecting materials for tank pressure components, the use conditions of materials (such as design temperature, design pressure, medium characteristics and operating characteristics, etc.), material properties (mechanical properties, process properties, chemical properties and physical properties), tank manufacturing process and economic rationality shall be considered. 5.2.2 The use of foreign brand materials or new materials shall comply with the relevant regulations of TSG R0005. 5.2.3 Inner container 5.2.4 Shell 5.2.4.1 Smelting method 5.2.4.1.1 The steel used for the shell shall be killed steel. 5.2.4.1.2 The low-temperature steel plates and low-temperature steel forgings whose design temperature is below -20°C shall also adopt the external refining process. 5.2.4.2 Chemical composition (melting analysis) 5.2.4.2.1 For low-alloy steel materials used for welding, the carbon content is not greater than 0.250%, the phosphorus content is not greater than 0.035%, and the sulfur content is not greater than 0.035%. 5.2.4.2.2 For low-alloy steel products (steel plates and steel forgings), the phosphorus and sulfur content shall meet the following requirements. 5.2.4.3 Mechanical properties 5.2.4.3.1 For the low-alloy steel used for the shell, the standard value of the yield strength at room temperature shall not exceed 460 MPa, and the standard value of the upper limit of the tensile strength shall not exceed 725 MPa. It shall be able to adapt to the environmental conditions encountered by the tanker during transportation and use. It shall meet the requirements of the design drawings.6 Design6.1 General requirements 6.1.1 In addition to the requirements of this Standard, the design of the tanker shall also comply with the relevant regulations, safety technical specifications, national standards and industry standards. The layout of tank bodies, pipelines, safety accessories, instruments and loading-unloading accessories shall meet the requirements of use and safety. 6.4 Connection between tank and semi-trailer running gear 6.4.1 Semi-trailers can be divided into two types. semi-load-bearing and load-bearing according to the stress on the tank and the connection method. 6.4.2 The semi-trailer frame shall be checked for structural strength. 6.4.3 The tank structure design of the load-bearing semi-trailer shall meet the requirements of GB/T 23336.The tank shall be checked for strength under additional gravity load. 6.4.4 The longitudinal center plane of the tank shall coincide with the longitudinal center plane of the semi-trailer running gear. Its allowable deviation is not greater than 6 mm. 6.5 Tank design 6.5.1 General requirements 6.5.1.1 Tanks shall be designed based on possible failure modes. 6.5.5 Design pressure 6.5.5.1 The design pressure of the inner container shall be determined according to the following provisions. 6.5.6.3 The equivalent pressure shall not be less than the maximum value obtained by dividing the inertia force of the medium in each direction specified in 6.5.2.4 by the effective cross-sectional area of the inner container in the corresponding direction, and shall not be less than 0.035 MPa. 6.5.7 Coefficient of welded joints 6.5.7.1 The welding joint coefficient of the inner container is to be 1.0. 6.5.7.2 The welding joint coefficient of the shell is taken as 0.85. 6.5.8 Allowable stress7 Safety accessories, instruments and loading-unloading accessories7.1 General requirements 7.1.1 The installation of safety accessories, instruments and loading-unloading accessories of tankers shall not only comply with the provisions of this Standard, but also meet the requirements of the design documents. 7.1.9 Before the safety valve, pressure gauge and tank are assembled, they shall be debugged and verified. They shall be re-sealed after passing the test. 7.1.10 The connection between safety accessories, instruments and pipelines can be welded, flanged or threaded. 7.1.11 The connection between the loading-unloading accessories and the pipeline shall be welded or flanged as much as possible. 7.1.12 When there is relative movement between accessories, necessary supporting or fastening devices shall be provided. 7.2 Overpressure relief device for inner container 7.2.1 Setting of overpressure relief device for inner container 7.3 Shell explosion-proof device 7.3.1 The setting of shell explosion-proof device shall meet the following requirements. 7.3.2 The discharge area of the outer shell explosion-proof device is generally not less than the product of the geometric volume of the inner container (m3) and 340 mm2/m3, and may not be greater than 5000 mm2. 7.4 Emergency shut-off device 7.4.1 The emergency shut-off device generally consists of a slam-shut valve, a remote- control system, and a fusible alloy plug. The emergency cut-off device shall be flexible in action, reliable in performance, easy to overhaul, and shall not be used for other purposes. 7.4.2 The emergency shut-off device shall pass the pressure test and air tightness test. 7.7.2.5 The loading-unloading hoses and quick connectors shall have sufficient toughness at the lowest operating temperature. 7.7.2.6 After the loading-unloading hoses and quick connectors are assembled, the pressure test and air tightness test shall be carried out one by one. The pressure of the pressure test is 1.5 times the nominal pressure of the loading-unloading hose. The airtightness test pressure is the nominal pressure of the loading-unloading hose. 7.7.2.7 The resistance of loading-unloading hoses for flammable and explosive medium and liquid oxygen shall be less than 4 Ω. 7.7.2.8 The design service life of the hose shall be indicated when loading-unloading the hose.8 Manufacturing8.1 General requirements 8.1.1 The tanker shall be manufactured and inspected according to the design documents approved by the prescribed procedures and the requirements of this Standard. 8.1.2 When the finalized chassis or walking mechanism, tank pressure components (heads, forgings, etc.) 8.1.4 The non-destructive testing of tanks shall be carried out by personnel who hold the "Special Equipment Inspection and Testing Personnel Certificate (for Non- destructive Testing Personnel)" of the corresponding item and are within the validity period. 8.1.5 It shall not be forcefully assembled during manufacturing. 8.1.6 The manufacturer shall establish and strictly implement the welding material acceptance, re-inspection, storage, drying, distribution and recycling systems. 8.1.7 The outline dimensions of the tanker shall comply with the requirements of the design drawings. 8.2 Tank truck 8.2.1 The finalized chassis shall be inspected for storage, and shall at least include the following contents. 8.3 Semi-trailer 8.3.1 The semi-trailer traveling mechanism shall be inspected for storage. The inspection shall at least include the following. 8.3.2 The vertical tolerance of the axle of the semi-trailer to the longitudinal center plane of the frame in the horizontal direction shall not be greater than 6 mm. 8.3.3 The rated pressure of the semi-trailer air storage tank shall comply with the provisions of GB 7258.9 Test methods9.1 Test sequence 9.1.1 After the structural strength test of the tanker is completed, the low temperature performance test can be carried out. 9.2 Pressure proof test 9.2.1 After the inner container is manufactured, it shall carry out the pressure proof test according to the requirements of the drawings. Pressure proof test includes hydraulic pressure test and air pressure test. 9.2.5 Basic requirements for pressure proof test 9.2.5.1 Continuous pressurization shall not be used to maintain the test pressure during the pressure holding period. During the pressure test, the bolts shall not be tightened under pressure or external force shall be applied to the pressure components. 9.2.6 Hydraulic pressure test 9.2.6.1 The medium of hydraulic pressure test is generally water. Other liquids which do not present a hazard can also be used if necessary. During the test, the temperature of the liquid shall be lower than its flash point or boiling point. Reliable safety measures shall be taken. 9.2.6.2 The temperature of the hydraulic pressure test shall comply with the provisions of GB/T 150.4 and design drawings. 9.2.6.3 The hydraulic pressure test shall meet the following requirements. 9.2.7 Air pressure test 9.2.7.1 Due to reasons such as structure or support, medium, etc., tanks with residual test liquid are not allowed. Usually, a pneumatic test is used. 9.2.7.2 The gas used in the test shall be dry and clean air, nitrogen or other inert gases. 9.2.7.3 Air pressure test shall have safety protection measures. During the test, the safety management department of the testing institution shall send personnel to conduct on-site supervision.
