Foreword

This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009. This standard uses the translation method equivalent to ISO 12128.2001 "sliding bearing bushing oil hole, oil groove and oil hole size, type, standard Remember and its application. The documents of our country that have a consistent correspondence with the international documents referenced in this standard are as follows. ---GB/T 1804-2000 Tolerance of linear and angular dimensions for general tolerances without tolerances (eqvISO 2768-1.1989) This standard has made the following editorial changes. --- Added in the scope of Chapter 1 "Note. Since the bushing made of sintered metal itself contains lubricant, this standard does not specify its lubricant Supply and distribution methods. Bushings made of carbon do not require lubrication with lubricating oil or grease. ". This standard was proposed by the China Machinery Industry Federation. This standard is under the jurisdiction of the National Sliding Bearing Standardization Technical Committee (SAC/TC236). This standard is drafted by. China Machine Productivity Promotion Center. Participated in the drafting of this standard. Zhejiang Changsheng Sliding Bearing Co., Ltd., Zhejiang Shuangfei Oilless Bearing Co., Ltd., Zhejiang Zhongzhong Precision Components Co., Ltd., Jiashan Fengcheng Sanfu Bearing Co., Ltd., Linan Dongfang Sliding Bearing Co., Ltd. This standard is interpreted by the National Standardization Technical Committee for Plain Bearings. Sliding bearing bushings for oil holes, oil grooves and oil pockets Size, pattern, marking and its application

1 Scope

This standard specifies the size of the lubricating oil hole, oil groove and oil pocket of the bushing. These dimensions can be labeled with the marking method specified in the example On the drawing. The use of lubrication holes, oil grooves, and oil pockets depends on the specific operating conditions. In addition, this standard allows bushings made of copper alloys, thermosets, thermoplastics or carbon materials to be supplied with different lubricants and Allocation. Note. Since the bushing made of sintered metal itself contains lubricant, this standard does not specify the way the lubricant is supplied and distributed. Bushing made of carbon material is not required Lubricate the oil or grease.

The given size d1 should only be used as a reference size. All dimensions are in mm. 3.2 Lubricating oil hole 3.2.1 Dimensions and types The size and type of the lubrication hole are shown in Figure 1 and Table 1. Lubricating oil holes provide lubrication with oil grooves and oil pockets. When the lubrication of a certain lubrication point can meet the requirements, the lubricating oil hole and oil can be omitted. Slot or oil pocket. Lubricating oil tanks are mainly used for plain bearings. C, D, E type oil tanks are usually used together with H type (circumferential oil grooves), mainly for non-ferrous metals, In plain bearings made of steel, cast iron or plastic. F and G oil grooves are mainly used for sliding bearings made of carbon materials. Type J oil sump is a narrow mixing oil tank, usually used for grease lubrication. For easy processing and avoiding burrs, all sharp corners can be made small Chamfer or rounded corners. Note. For ease of manufacture, the dimensions of the remaining wall thickness of the bearing in the oil groove can be marked on the drawing as the control size. K-type lubricating oil hole, oil hole depth t2 = 2.5mm, marked as follows. Lubricating oil hole GB/T 35087-K2.5 3.5 Design The tolerance for unfilled tolerances shall be in accordance with the “c” tolerance in ISO 2768-1. The maximum size of the chamfer at the corner should be 0.5mm or Rounded. Sharp corner transitions at the sliding surface should be avoided. In addition to plain bearings made of carbon material, the location of the oil holes, oil grooves and oil pockets should not be located in the bearing bearing area. Usually oil tanks and oil pockets It should not be opened in the axial direction. The shape of the oil sump or oil pocket should be determined by the manufacturer. Note. When lubricating oil grooves and oil pockets are processed on sliding bearings made of materials with high toughness and hardness, the bottom of the oil tank is allowed to appear without affecting the sliding bearing transport. Turn the ripples. Since the bushing made of sintered metal itself contains a lubricant, its lubricating oil holes, oil grooves and oil pockets are not specified. 4 Lubrication holes, oil grooves and oil pockets on the bushing (see Table 5) See 3.2 and 3.4 for the size and type of lubrication holes, oil grooves and oil pockets in accordance with this standard. Examples of markings for bushings without lubrication holes, oil grooves and oil pockets can be found in the relevant standards. The symbol x represents the distance from the lead-in end of the sleeve, except for x=b/2. The symbol h indicates the pitch of the oil groove, and the size is 0.1b to 1b. If there are two oil holes or oil pockets in the bushing, the position should be 180° apart, the three oil holes and the oil hole should be separated by 120°, and the four should be separated by 90°. Each bushing should only specify one form of oil hole, oil groove and oil pocket. The x and h values for each type are freely selectable. 5 Examples of markings for bushings with oil holes and/or oil grooves C-type bushings with dimensions of 20×24×20Y, the material is CuSn8P in accordance with GB/T 18324-2001, with this standard Two L-shaped oil holes (2L) corresponding to the quasi-medium A-type bushing, the distance between the center line of the oil hole and the lead-in end face is x=6mm. The marking examples are as follows. Bushing GB/T 18324-C20×24×20Y-A2L6-CuSn8P For the same bushing, add two D-type (2D) longitudinal oil grooves corresponding to the C-type bushings in this standard.
