4 test conditions

4.1 General See ISO 22915-1. 4.2 Position of the vehicle on the inclined platform If the vehicle is equipped with casters and casters, the casters and casters should be installed during the test and placed in the direction of minimum stability. (See Table 1, Table 2 and Table 3). 4.2.1 Load bridge and steering axle Figure 1 defines the load bridge and steering axle of the vehicle. Stacker vehicle scissor lift vehicle platform vehicle Description. AA---the longitudinal center plane of the vehicle; BB---steering bridge; CC---load bridge. Figure 1 Load bridge and steering bridge 4.2.2 Longitudinal stability test conducted in Test 1, Test 2, Test 4 and Test 7 to Test 10 The vehicle should be placed on a tilting platform whose steering axle BB and load bridge CC should be parallel to the tilt axis XY of the tilting platform. 4.2.3 Lateral stability test conducted in Test 3, Test 5, Test 6 and Test 7 to Test 10 The vehicle should be placed on a tilting platform such that the MN line is parallel to the tilt axis XY of the tilting platform. The M points are defined as follows. a) For vehicles with single or multiple rigid support casters, the M point is the intersection of the caster shaft centerline and the caster wheel width center plane Vertical projection on the inclined platform, while the center line of the rigid support caster shaft is parallel or located at the tilt axis XY of the inclined platform (any position) the position of minimum stability. b) For vehicles with non-hinged double-wheel steering, the M point is the intersection of the steering axle axis centerline and the full width center plane of the two steering wheels. Vertical projection on the inclined platform, while the centerline of the steering axle is parallel or at the yaw axis XY of the inclined platform (optional Position) The position of minimum stability. c) For vehicles with stabilizers, the M point is the vertical projection of the symmetry point of the stabilizer contact surface on the inclined platform. The N point is the center point of the contact surface of the load wheel closest to the tilt axis XY on the inclined platform.

5 Stability verification

5.1 Dynamic test---platform vehicle This dynamic test is only available for platform vehicles. Pushing the empty vehicle to move at a steady speed of (1 ± 0.1) m/s until the single wheel or two wheels touch the vertical height at the same time 20mm obstacle block. The force pushing the vehicle should stop when the vehicle hits the obstacle. The force that drives the vehicle should act on the underlying platform (See Figure 2). The test should be carried out in both directions (push and pull). Figure 2 Dynamic test An empty vehicle should not tip over after it has touched the obstacle. 5.2 Tilting platform test The stability of the vehicle should be verified according to Table 1, Table 2 or Table 3.
