This document serves as a replacement of GB/T 26751-2011 Ground Granulated Electric Furnace Phosphorous Slag Powder Used for Cement and Concrete. Ground Granulated Electric Furnace Phosphorous Slag Powder Used for Cement and Concrete1 ScopeThis document specifies the composition and materials, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, packaging, marking, transportation and storage of ground granulated electric furnace phosphorous slag powder. This document is applicable to ground granulated electric furnace phosphorous slag powder used as cement mixing material and concrete admixture (hereinafter referred to as “phosphorous slag powder”).2 Normative ReferencesThe contents of the following documents constitute indispensable clauses of this document through the normative references in the text. Each number is a sampling unit. The exit-factory No. of phosphorous slag powder, in accordance with the annual production capacity of a single line of phosphorous slag powder, is specified as follows. 7.2 Inspection 7.2.1 Exit-factory inspection The exit-factory inspection items mainly include density, specific surface area, 7-d and 28-d activity index, fluidity ratio, moisture content, sulfur trioxide content, phosphorous pentoxide content and alkali content. 7.3 Determination Rules 7.3.1 Exit-factory inspection If the results of the exit-factory inspection comply with the relevant technical requirements in Chapter 5, they shall be deemed as qualified products. If any one of the inspection results does not comply with the technical requirements, then, they shall be deemed as disqualified products. 7.4 Exit-factory Requirements Phosphorous slag powder can only be allowed to exit the factory after it is confirmed that the various technical indicators and packaging comply with the requirements. When exiting the factory, the manufacturer shall provide the purchaser with relevant materials proving product quality. 7.5 Inspection Report The inspection report shall include the implemented standard, code, grade, exit-factory No., exit-factory inspection results, type and dosage of grinding aids, and other technical requirements agreed in the contract. 7.6 Delivery and Acceptance 7.6.1 The quality of the phosphorous slag powder product upon delivery can be based on the inspection results of physical samples, or the manufacturer’s inspection report of the same number of phosphorous slag powder. 7.6.2 When the inspection results of physical samples are taken as the basis for acceptance, the purchaser and the seller shall jointly take samples, sign and seal before shipment or at the place of delivery. The sampling method shall comply with GB/T 12573, and the sampling size is 10 kg, divided into 2 equal parts. 7.6.3 When the inspection report of the phosphorous slag powder with the same number from the manufacturer is taken as the acceptance basis, before shipment or at the time of delivery, the purchaser (or entrusted seller) shall take specimens from the phosphorous slag powder with the same number, and after being signed and sealed by both parties, they will be kept for 3 months.8 Packaging, Marking, Transportation and Storage8.1 Packaging The phosphorous slag powder can be packed in bags or in bulk. The packaging form is determined through negotiation between the purchaser and the seller. The net content of each bag of bagged phosphorous slag powder shall be no less than 99% of the marked mass; the total mass of 20 randomly taken bags (including the packaging bags) shall not be less than 100% of the marked mass. 8.2 Marking The packaging bag shall be clearly marked with the serial No. of this document, the manufacturer’s name, product name, category and code, grade, packaging date and exit-factory number.
