1 Scope
This document specifies the requirements and test methods for cups and pots.
This document applies to daily-use cups and pots that come into contact with food.
This document does not apply to disposable and heated cups and pots.

3 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document.
3.1
Cups and kettles
Daily cups and pots used to hold drinking water, beverages, etc., made of plastic, metal, glass, ceramics, etc. as main materials.
3.2
Can be used for cups and pots containing liquids above 95°C (3.1).
3.3
Cup and pot products (3.1) for children under 14 years old (including 14 years old).
3.4

The product cover opens automatically through an elastic mechanism.
