Foreword
This standard is equivalent to using the International Electrotechnical Commission standard IEC 60564.1997 "by DC resistance measurement bridge" (in English), and its technology inside
Content and structure of IEC 60564.1997 are identical.
This standard is in place from the date of implementation of the GB/T 3930-1983 "by measuring resistance DC bridge."
This standard compared with GB/T 3930-1983, the main changes are as follows.
--- 8.2 standard minimum insulation resistance shall not be less than the original 5MΩ, to be not less than 20MΩ.
--- Information and content of the flag, the deletion of the original test voltage flag, flag increases the level of pollution and other requirements.
The standard proposed by China Machinery Industry Federation.
This standard by the National Electrical Instrument Standardization Technical Committee (SAC/TC104) centralized.
This standard is drafted by. Shanghai Instrument Research Institute.
Participated in the drafting of this standard. Shanghai Factory Zhengyang, the Highland Sting Instrument Research Institute.
The main drafters of this standard. Zhangyin Fu, Dong Yafeng, Sun Xiaohong.
This standard replaces the standards previously issued as follows.

Measure the resistance with a DC bridge
1 Scope
This standard applies to the measurement of DC resistance bridge use, also applies to the ancillary equipment included bridge.
This standard does not apply to bridge the comparator 1), as well as those self-balancing bridge instrument scale to zero by means partial indication of the bridge, nor
Suitable for external auxiliary equipment and use of the bridge together.
1) The comparator bridge resistors is used to compare two means, for example. the ratio of the set of two adjustable arms.
2 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this standard.
2.1
Assembly comprising at least three arms of the resistance, plus test resistors, constitute a network bridge, the bridge will also be required to work a DC
And a power supply means zero instrument, which can be included or may not be included. When a balance exists between the resistors in a bridge computable
relationship.
Note. The DC resistance measurement bridge can be used for measuring the leakage current with or without shielding (line) of the double-ended or four-terminal resistor, accordingly it said
Having or not having a leakage current shield (line) of the double-ended type four-terminal bridge or bridge.
2.2
Test resistor.
2.3
Only one current potential used along with a side button resistor at each end.
2.4
Two side buttons at each end of the resistor, which is used to access a current-carrying loop, another for connecting potential measurement circuit.
Note. Let no current flows from the potential end of the button, the resistance value is defined as the ratio of potential difference between the current flowing through the end of the current button button between two potential side.
2.5
Having a connection to the isolated side button (usually called "protective side button") leakage current shield (line) resistor.
Note. The leakage current shield (line) resistors available △ a network of connected between each pair of side buttons of the three equivalent resistors to represent the three resistor
The resistance in the two main side button is to be measured between primary equivalent resistance. △ network other two resistors is usually insulation (leakage) resistance,
Very high resistance to primary equivalent resistance, their resistance can be primary equivalent resistance than the same order of magnitude or less. Main equivalent resistance can be seen as two
End resistors, or as one four-terminal resistor.
2.6
A multi-value resistor, it is usually by a conversion device will match the step value increment resistor value selection combinations. Each step value
Incremental decimal equivalent of a resistance, for example, 0.1Ω, 1Ω or 10Ω.
Note. a decade resistor is typically 10, 11 or 12 selectable resistance values \u200b\u200b(including zero).
