Foreword

This Part of GB/T 3903 identically adopts the International Standard ISO 20868.2001 Footwear - Test methods for insoles - Abrasion resistance (English version). For easy use, this Part makes the following editorial modifications. a) deleted the foreword of ISO 20868.2001; b) deleted the table of contents of ISO 20868.2001; c) used decimal point “.” to replace “,” which was used as decimal point; d) directly used a national standard as reference which is corresponding to the International standard that was used as reference in ISO 20868.2001; e) deleted the informative annex A of ISO 20868.2001. This Part was proposed by China Light Industry Association. This Part shall be under the jurisdiction of National Technical Committee on Footwear of Standardization Administration of China. 1 Scope

This Part of GB/T 3903 specifies a test method to determine the abrasion resistance of insoles. This Part is applicable to insoles irrespective of the material.

For dated references, subsequent amendments (excluding corrections) or revisions do not apply to this Part.
