However, above-mentioned content is not within the scope of this Standard. 5 Test conditions When test is conducted, test conditions shall comply with the specifications as follows. -- environment temperature. room temperature 25°C, low-temperature environment temperatures 0°C, - 5°C, - 10°C, - 20°C, - 30°C, - 40°C. In a specific test, all parties of the test shall agree on environment temperature adopted for the test in accordance with test objective, controlling the error of environment temperature within the scope of ± 1°C; -- test environment air pressure. 86 kPa ~ 106 kPa. Preparatory work before test. For the leakage test of fuel cell stack, conduct gas leakage test for fuel cell stack as specified in 5.2 of GB/T 20042.2-2008; the external and internal leakage of fuel cell stack shall not exceed the maximum leakage amount specified by the manufacturer; and the differential pressure between two sides of the diaphragm in fuel cell stack shall not exceed the maximum differential pressure specified by the manufacturer. 6 Test platform 6.1 Test equipment and requirements The low-temperature climate chamber for fuel cell stack test and the platform for fuel cell stack test shall comply with the following requirements. -- the low-temperature climate chamber The low-temperature climate chamber shall be capable of satisfying the low- temperature environment conditions, temperature uniformity inside the chamber and temperature control accuracy (set temperature ± 2°C), which meet test requirements. The interfaces of supply gas, coolant and circuit are located inside the climate chamber to ensure the gas temperature at the intake of air and fuel of fuel cell stack is the set environment temperature. Hydrogen alarms and air outtakes shall be provided inside the chamber to ensure the safety of test. -- the fuel cell stack test platform, it shall have the following functions.  reactant gas flow regulation. measuring the flow rate of fuel and oxidizing agent gas of fuel cell stack under the stoichiometric ratio required.  reactant gas humidification control. humidifying reactant gas before delivering gas to fuel cell stack to achieve the dew point required. NOTE. The gas transfer line between humidifier and cell can be heated to at least 5°C ~ 10°C above dew point temperature to minimize condensation. In order to lower heat loss, the section of line shall be heat insulated.  reactant gas pressure control. regulating the pressure intensity of intake reactant gas of fuel cell stack.  load control. loading fuel cell stack to the current specified. Load control shall be capable of operating both in the constant current mode and in the constant voltage or constant power modes.  fuel cell stack temperature monitoring. monitoring the temperature of fuel cell stack as required by the manufacturer (it is recommended that the temperature monitoring values of the central and edge positions of fuel cell stack be provided, i.e. the maximum temperature and minimum temperature inside stack).  monitoring and data acquisition instruments of the current, voltage and power of fuel cell stack. measure and record the current, voltage and power of fuel cell stack in real time during test.  applied power consumption control. provide the applied power consumption required by fuel cell stack as required by the manufacturer, including auxiliary electric/thermal energy consumption and gas-coolant usage.  test platform control. test platform shall be capable of controlling and recording test parameters in real time.  safety system. safety system shall be capable of monitoring cell stack alarms and stopping test automatically.
