3.1
Chlorine residualchlorine
Product chlorine residual sum.
Principle 4
With wadding extracted a certain time at 30 ℃ water bath after which the residual chlorine in the water can be extracted. Then the use of N, N- diethyl-p
Phenylenediamine (DPD) with free chlorine in water color and fast response nature of its content was determined by spectrophotometry.
5 Reagents
Unless otherwise indicated, the reagents used in the analysis were of analytical grade and water for the three water GB/T 6682 regulations.
5.1 sulfuric acid.
5.2 Anhydrous disodium hydrogen phosphate (Na2HPO4).
5.3 anhydrous potassium dihydrogen phosphate (KH2PO4).
5.4 disodium edetate (Na2-EDTA).
5.5 N, N- diethyl-p-phenylenediamine hydrochloride [H2N · C6H4 · N (C2H5) 2 · 2HCl].
5.6 N, N- diethyl-p-phenylenediamine sulfate [H2N · C6H4 · N (C2H5) 2 · H2SO4 · 5H2O].
5.7 potassium permanganate (KMnO4), pure class distinctions.
5.8 phosphate buffer solution (pH6.5). Weigh 12.00g of anhydrous disodium hydrogen phosphate (5.2), 23.00g of anhydrous potassium dihydrogen phosphate (5.3) and
0.40g disodium edetate (5.4), mixed successively dissolved and diluted to 500mL.
5.9 N, N- diethyl-p-phenylenediamine (DPD) solution (1g/L). amount of 1mL of sulfuric acid (5.1) slowly inject the right amount of water, cooling, shake
