Copper slag concentrate
1 Scope
This standard specifies the requirements, test methods, inspection rules,
packaging, transportation, quality forecast and purchase orders for copper slag
concentrates.
This standard applies to the copper slag concentrates for copper smelting which
is obtained by flotation method of the slag produced during smelting and
blowing during copper smelting.
2 Normative references
The following documents are essential to the application of this document. For
the dated documents, only the versions with the dates indicated are applicable

3 Requirements
3.1 Product classification
Copper slag concentrate is divided into first grade, second grade and third
grade products according to copper content.
3.2 Chemical composition
The impurity limits of Hg, F, Cd in copper slag concentrate shall meet the
requirements of GB 20424. The remaining chemical components shall meet the
requirements of Table 1.
5.3.2 Divide the prepared samples into three parts: one is the acceptance
analysis sample for the buyer; one is the sample for the supplier; one is the
arbitration sample. They are stored by the buyer for 60 days. If the supplier has
any objection to the results of the acceptance analysis, it shall be raised during
the retention period of the arbitration sample.
5.4 Judgment of inspection results
5.4.1 The rounding of figures and the judgment of inspection results shall be
carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 8170.
5.4.2 When there is a dispute between the supplier and the buyer on the
inspection result, the supplier and the buyer shall negotiate and resolve it. If
arbitration is required, the inspection result of the arbitration sample shall be
the final basis for judgment.
5.4.3 In the same vehicle, if the color of copper slag concentrate is found to be
obviously inconsistent, doped, etc., or does not meet the requirements of this
standard or contract (or purchaser order), the products of this vehicle will be
deemed unqualified.
5.4.4 In the same vehicle, if the copper slag concentrate is found to be mixed
with different grades or the grades of the valuable elements of gold and silver
do not meet the requirements of this standard or the contract (or purchase
order), the lower grade will be the final result.
6 Packaging, transportation and quality report form
6.1 The copper slag concentrate is in bulk or in bags. The weight of each bag
shall be basically the same.
6.2 The copper slag concentrate is transported by train (ship) or automobile.
After loading, the surface of the concentrate shall be flattened.
6.3 When each batch of copper slag concentrate is shipped, the supplier shall
attach a quality report, with the following contents:
a) Supplier's name, address, telephone, fax;
b) Product name and grade;
c) Weight;
d) Vehicle number;
e) Analytical inspection results;
