1 Scope
GB 19079 of the provisions of this part of the figure skating open spaces should have the basic conditions and basic technical requirements.
This section applies to the figure skating community open spaces.

3 Terms and Definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document.
3.1
Figure Skating place figureskatingplace
Place to meet people to figure skating training, competition, fitness and entertainment activities. It includes indoor and outdoor ice skating place

4 Qualifying
4.1 figure skating technical guidance staff

5.1 places the indoor skating
