This section drafted in accordance with GB/T 1.1-2009 given rules.
This Part replaces GB 19079.7-2005 "sports venues open conditions and technical requirements - Part 7. skating place", and
GB 19079.7-2005 compared to the main technical content changes are as follows.
--- Modification of the "name", "Skating" to "figure skating";
--- Revised "terms and definitions", added "figure skating place" is defined (see 3.1);
--- Revised "terms and definitions", added "figure skating equipment" is defined (see 3.3);
--- Amend the definition of "figure skating technical guidance personnel" (see 3.4);
--- Modify the "eligible employees" requirement (see Chapter 4);
--- Added "eligible employees" in the "medical emergency personnel" for content (see 4.2);

Part 7. figure skating place
1 Scope
GB 19079 of the provisions of this part of the figure skating open spaces should have the basic conditions and basic technical requirements.
This section applies to the figure skating community open spaces.

3 Terms and Definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document.
3.1
Figure Skating place figureskatingplace
Place to meet people to figure skating training, competition, fitness and entertainment activities. It includes indoor and outdoor ice skating place

Figure skater who carry equipment to meet the needs of skating activities, including ice skates, skates, protective gear and so on.

4 Qualifying
4.1 figure skating technical guidance staff
Figure skating technical guidance personnel should hold the relevant national vocational qualification certificate before taking.
4.2 Emergency medical personnel
Emergency medical personnel should be subject to relevant training and proved.
5 places, facilities and conditions
5.1 places the indoor skating
5.1.1 Site
5.1.1.1 area should not be less than 500m2 (figure skating venue for the standard ralli- 60m × 30m), the ice surface activity per person

5.1.1.2 ice thickness should not be less than 4cm, ice surface temperature should not be higher than -3 ℃.

5.2.1.1 artificial ice rink refrigeration area of not less than 500m2, non-artificial ice rink refrigeration area of not less than 2000m2, ice per person

5.2.1.2 opening night illumination level should not be less than 200lx.
5.2.1.3 natural waters ice thickness should be sufficient to meet safety requirements for carrying ice personnel.
5.2.1.4 ice surface is smooth, smooth, clean, crack shall not affect the glide (ice crack width shall not exceed 1mm).
5.2.2 facilities

7 Security
7.1 should establish and improve the safe production responsibility system for posts, rescue and safety management system, equipment and facilities maintenance system, environmental management and health

7.2 should develop emergency response plans.
7.3 shall be provided "Skating INSTRUCTIONS" prominently on matters related to safety and special requirements to make real clear instructions and warnings.
