1 Scope

This Standard specifies terms and definitions, product classification, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, acceptance rules, packaging and marks for cashmere knitting goods. This Standard is applicable to identifying the quality of pure cashmere knitting goods, blended knitting goods with a cashmere content of 30% or more, and products made of the above-mentioned knitting goods as the main fabric and other fabrics.

3 Terms and definitions

For the purposes of this document, the following terms and definitions apply. 3.1 boiled cashmere knitting goods In order to achieve the structural density required by the design, the special felted cashmere knitwear that processed during the processing.

4 Product classification

8 Acceptance rules

When there is a dispute between the supplier and the purchaser due to the result of the batch inspection, the inspection can be repeated once. The re- inspection inspection rules shall be carried out according to the first inspection. The re-inspection results shall prevail.

9 Packaging, marks

9.1 Packaging 9.1.1 The packaging of the product is implemented according to GB/T 4856. 9.1.2 The packaging of cashmere knitting goods shall be mothproof. 9.2 Marks 9.2.1 The marks of each single piece of cashmere knitting goods shall be implemented according to GB/T 5296.4 and GB 18401. Infant and children's products shall be implemented in accordance with GB/T 5296.4 and GB 31701. 9.2.2 Ordinary cashmere knitted garments show the main specifications in centimeters. Mark the chest circumference for tops. Mark the pants length for pants. Mark the hip circumference for dresses and skirts. Or mark the size type according to GB/T 1335 (all parts). 9.2.3 Tight-fitting or fashionable cashmere knitted garments are marked with a suitable range, expressed in centimeters. (normative) Description of appearance defects B.1 Uneven segments: Due to the uneven thickness of the short segments of the yarn evenness, the finished product has cloud spots of different shades. B.2 Thick and thin knots: The yarn thickness is uneven, and the large and protruding horizontal strips are formed on the finished product, and they are called thick knots; The small and recessed horizontal strips of the needle loop are thin knots. B.3 Thick and thin profile: The length of yarn evenness is uneven, and the difference in thickness is too large, which makes the finished product appear obvious thick and thin segments. B.4 Uneven dyeing: Due to the uneven color absorption of the raw material during dyeing, the finished product has different shades of color. B.5 Color profile: On the garment piece, due to the different shades of color, the boundary is formed. B.6 Grass clippings, lint, and flakes: The yarn has impurities such as grass clippings, lint, and flakes that affect the appearance of the product. B.7 Furry needle: Due to damage or burrs on the needle tongue or the needle shaft, some loops are raised during the knitting process. Triangle needle (butterfly needle): In a needle eye, two needle loops overlap to form a triangular small hole on the finished product. Shrinking needles: The pattern on the finished product is not prominent, such as fat flowers not fat, fish scales and so on. B.10 Uneven needle loop: Due to poor knitting, the finished product has needle loop rungs with different loop sizes and tightness, tight needles, thin or dense loops and so on.
