Test method for peeling strength of adhesive lining
1 Scope
This standard specifies the test method for peeling strength of bonded backing and standard fabric after bonding.
This standard applies to woven fabrics, knitted fabrics and non-woven fabrics of various materials as the adhesive lining of the base fabric. Other adhesive linings can be referred to.

3 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document.

Peeling strong peelingstrength
The force required to peel the fusible liner from the standard fabric.
3.2
Stripping length peelinglength
When the adhesive liner is peeled off from the standard fabric, the length of the bond is separated.
4 Principle
A combination of a bonded backing and a standard fabric, and the bonded backing of the combined sample and the standard fabric are peeled at a constant speed under specified conditions.
From a length, the peeling curve during the peeling of the sample was recorded to calculate the peel strength of the sample.
During the stripping process, the required peel force value is a random variable, and the force curve is shown in Fig. 1. Record the adhesion liner and the standard fabric during the stripping process
The peaks on the force graph and calculate the average and dispersion coefficients of these peaks. Use the average to reflect the firmness of the bond, using the dispersion factor
