1 Scope
This standard specifies the high-purity gallium oxide requirements, test methods, inspection rules and signs, packaging, transportation, storage, and quality certificate

3 Requirements
3.1 Product Classification and Labeling
3.1.1 according to their chemical composition is divided into two grades. 5N5,6N.
3.1.2 product according to size in three models. Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅲ.
3.1.3 Product labeling by the names, brands and models of three parts, expressed as "name - grade - models." For example, Ga2O3-5N5-Ⅰ.
3.2 Chemical composition
Chemical composition of the product shall comply with the requirements in Table 1.
