This method is a material testing method. Soak 2 g of glass particles with a particle size of 300~500 μm in 98°C test water for 60 minutes. The extent to which glass particles are etched by water is measured and graded by titrating the etching solution. Reagent: test water The test water shall be boiled in an aged flask for more than 15 minutes to remove dissolved gases such as carbon dioxide. Test water can be stored in stoppered flasks. The pH shall not change within 24 hours. Instruments Water bath: constant temperature control is possible. Volumetric flask: 50 ml, with glass stopper.
