1 Scope

This standard specifies the screening principles and quality requirements for DNA barcode data of quarantine pests in China. This standard applies to DNA barcode data in the quarantine pest DNA barcode identification system.

2 Terms and definitions

The following terms and definitions apply to this document. 2.1 DNA barcode DNA barcodes A short, standardized gene fragment used to distinguish different species. The fragment has obvious genetic variation and differentiation between species. Easy PCR amplification. Note.
