1 Scope

2 Determination

2.1 Method summary The sample was extracted with water acrylamide, extract graphitized carbon black column purification, purification of liquid bromine derivatized by acrylamide After isotopically labeled internal standard method, gas chromatography - mass spectrometry (GC-MS) detection. 2.2 Reagents and materials Unless otherwise indicated, the reagents used were of analytical grade, water is deionized water or equivalent purity. 2.2.1 n-hexane. redistilled. 2.2.2 ethyl acetate. redistilled. 2.2.3 Acrylamide standard. Purity ≥99%. 2.2.4 (13C) labeled standard acrylamide. 1000mg/L. 2.2.5 acrylamide standard solution. Accurately weigh an adequate amount of acrylamide standard (accurate to 0.1mg), dissolved in water to prepare a concentration Of 10mg/L of standard stock solution. Diluted to concentrations applicable standard working solution with water as needed. 2.2.6 (13C) labeled acrylamide standard solution. Pipette acrylamide standard 1mL (13C) labeled, formulated with water to a concentration of 10mg/L of standard stock solution. Diluted to concentrations applicable standard working solution with water as needed. 2.2.7 anhydrous sodium. 650 ℃ burning 4h, placed in the dryer to save. 2.2.8 graphitized carbon black SPE. infill graphitized carbon black 500mg, respectively, prior to use with 5mL methanol and 5mL water activation. 2.2.9 Bromine.
