1 Scope

3 Reagents and materials

Pure Greater than equal to 95%, see Appendix A, Table A. 1. 3.10 7 kinds of macrolides standard stock solution. Weigh the right amount of standard (3.9) were dissolved in methanol solution at a concentration of 100μg/mL, 1 ℃ ~ 4 ℃ refrigerator. Valid for three months. 3.11 standard solution. A standard solution diluted according to need to use the blank sample solution to 2.5ng/mL, 5ng/mL, 10ng/mL, 50ng/mL, mixed standard working solution 100ng/mL, equivalent to a sample containing 5μg/kg, 10μg/kg, 20μg/kg, 100μg/kg, 200μg/kg macrolide. 3.12 C18 SPE column, 500mg, or rather who, prior to use successively with 5mL methanol, 5mL water pre-wash.
