1 Scope

This standard specifies the cola drink 11 kinds of organic phosphorus, organic chlorine gas chromatographic method for pesticide residues. This standard applies to cola drink dichlorvos, chlorpyrifos, malathion, parathion, heptachlor, hexachlorobenzene, BHC and its isomers (Α- BHC, β- BHC, γ- BHC, δ- BHC), PCNB 11 organophosphorus, organochlorine pesticide residues detected.

2 Method summary

Sample organophosphorus residue was extracted with ethyl acetate, dried over anhydrous sodium sulfate and transferred to a rotary evaporator centrifuge tube, nearly blowing dry nitrogen, 10% Aqueous methanol solution, after HLB purification column gas chromatography flame photometric detector, external standard. Sample chlorine residual organic extraction with ethyl acetate, dried over anhydrous sodium sulfate and transferred to a rotary evaporator centrifuge tube, nearly blowing dry nitrogen, n-hexyl Alkyl volume, sulfonated purification, gas chromatography with electron capture detector measurement, external standard.
