1 Scope

This part of SN/T 1766 specifies the use of high performance liquid chromatography for the determination of diflubenzuron and triflumuron in fat-containing wool. (triflumuron). This section applies to the determination of the above two benzoylurea pesticide residues in fat-containing wool.

3 Method summary

The sample was extracted with n-hexane-diethyl ether mixed solvent, and the extract was purified by methanol extraction and neutral alumina solid phase extraction column. The chromatograph of the detector was performed by high performance liquid chromatography and quantified by an external standard method.
